Baja Mita Riviera Nayarit 2025: An Enogastronomic Experience on Mexico’s Pacific Coast

On November 29, 2025, the spectacular NIA Riviera Nayarit resort will host a one-of-a-kind event that promises to captivate the senses: Baja Mita Riviera Nayarit, a celebration uniting wine, seafood cuisine, and the artistry of top national and international chefs.

Two Regions, One Sea

This first edition marks the beginning of a new tradition that brings together Baja California and Nayarit — two sister regions that share a passion for the sea, the land, and the culinary arts.

Presented by Riviera Nayarit and the Provino Baja California Committee, this event intertwines the wines of Baja California’s valleys with the rich flavors of Nayarit’s Pacific coast, creating a borderless sensory experience that honors Mexico’s coastal identity.

A Symphony of Flavors by the Ocean

The event will feature:

  • 9 Oceanfront Culinary Tables, each seating 20 guests

  • 18 Chefs — one from Baja California and one from Nayarit per table

  • 9 Wineries presenting over 45 wine labels

Each table will offer a four-course pairing menu plus dessert, using ingredients that reflect the essence of the sea and the mountains — shells, fish, seafood, local vegetables, and regional spirits. Each course will be paired with a unique wine label designed to elevate the flavors of each dish.

The evening begins with a Welcome Cocktail, where guests will enjoy fresh creations from both coasts, white and sparkling wines, and artisanal Nayarit spirits — in an atmosphere that celebrates the union of two culinary worlds.
