“Open Kitchen” is an audiovisual series that will take you by the hand to various settings of local gastronomy, allowing you to savor alongside us. It all begins with recipes cooked over open flame and on a griddle, representing our indigenous communities. We then journey through the landscapes of the Sierra, abundant with herbs, mushrooms, and wildlife. Finally, we arrive at the aromas of the coast and the riches of the ocean.
